Solar Car Team Update – For the Week of 2/24/2020

Highlights Of What We Accomplished Since The Last Update

• 
  Saturday, February 22nd
• Team workday at the solar car shop – Jake, Tommy, Ben, Ryder, and Charles met with Shannon, Brian, Mark, and Charlie and continued construction on the new car (see photos below).
• Jake worked on completing the mechanical CAD drawings
• Unloaded and set up the 8’ press brake and pipe bender that Mark is loaning us.
• Press broke, match drilled, and installed the RivNuts for the front right hand side outer crush zone structure

• Sunday, February 23rd
• Team workday at the solar car shop – Jake and Langan met with Shannon, Brian and Mark and continued construction on the new car (see photos below).
• Jake continued working on completing the mechanical CAD drawings
• Press broke, match drilled, and installed the RivNuts for the front left hand side outer crush zone structure
